Horses Make a Difference Sweepstakes

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Mail-in entries must be mailed to Horses Make a Difference Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) c/o Farnam Companies, Inc. (“Farnam”), P.O. Box 34820, Phoenix, AZ 85067-4820. The Sweepstakes runs May 1, 2007 through September 30, 2007. Online entries submitted online must be received by midnight mountain standard time September 30, 2007; entries submitted via mail must be received by October 15, 2007. Only one entry per household allowed. All eligible entries will be entered in the Sweepstakes. Incomplete entries will not be accepted. Entries are subject to verification. Submissions may be investigated and voided if fraudulent. Affidavits may be required to confirm eligibility.
2. Entry forms are available online at www.farnam.com and at participating Farnam dealers. To enter, fill out the entry form and submit it online or mail it to Horses Make a Difference Sweepstakes, c/o Farnam Companies, Inc., P.O. Box 34820, Phoenix, AZ 85067.  All entries become the property of Farnam and will not be returned. Farnam may use any and all entries for advertising/promotional purposes without payment to entrant.
3. Farnam is not responsible for:
(a) lost, illegible, postage-due, misdirected or late entries; or
(b) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, internet service providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Sweepstakes; or
(c) any malfunction of entrant’s computer, telephone or cable transmission or hardware/software malfunction.
4. Winner will be selected in a random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In consideration of Farnam’s acceptance of entrant’s entry, entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Farnam, its parent company, subsidiaries, related, and/or affiliated companies, divisions, agents, employees, successors, heirs and all administrators of the Sweepstakes harmless from and against any and all liability, claims or losses for its/their actions arising from, or related to, the drawing and handling of entrant’s entry, the use and/or publication of the entry and the conducting, advertising and sponsoring of this Sweepstakes.
5. Winners will be drawn on November 1, 2007 and will be notified by December 1, 2007 by phone and/or e-mail. All winners will be required to sign and return a prize release and other documents, as necessary, within ten (10) days of receipt of such documents, or prize(s) will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Prize cannot be substituted for cash. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.
6. Open to legal U.S. residents of the 48 contiguous states, 18 years of age or older as of May 1, 2007. Employees of Farnam, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, distributors, suppliers, brokers, retailers, advertising and promotional agencies, and the members of the immediate families and/or households of each of the above are not eligible to participate.
7. By entering, entrants agree that they have complied with all Sweepstakes and eligibility rules. Offer valid in the USA only. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.

9. To request a list of the names of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Horses Make a Difference Sweepstakes, c/o Farnam Companies, Inc., P.O. Box 34820, Phoenix, AZ 85067-4820 after December 31, 2007.

PRIZE DESCRIPTIONS:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE (maximum retail value: $14,000) includes:
• Cabin accommodations for four (4) people for eight (8) days and seven (7) nights at a scenic ranch near Jackson Hole, Wyoming – includes daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for four.

• Activities for four (4) people including fly-fishing, horseback riding, and river float, and an option for four (4) people to work one (1) day at a North American Riding for the Handicapped Association (NARHA) riding center in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

• Coach airfare for four (4) people from the closest metropolitan airport to winner’s city of residence to Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

• Rental car for eight (8) days. Type of rental car subject to availability.

Travel arrangements for the Grand Prize must be booked within one hundred twenty (120) days of receipt of prize release and other required documents. Travel must be completed by September 30, 2008.
